Multi-platform businesses
Companies using several systems that need cleaner, faster and more accurate data movement. Replacing an older system first? Start with Tally data migration.
Integration
Reliable data connections that reduce duplicate entry and help Tally exchange information with the rest of your business systems.
Very few businesses run on one system. There is usually a POS, or a CRM, or an online store, or a payroll platform - and between each of them and Tally there is a person copying data across.
That person is a bottleneck and a source of error. Numbers get transposed, entries get missed at month end, and the two systems quietly disagree until somebody reconciles them.
BlackCat builds structured connections between TallyPrime and the systems around it, so the data moves once and moves correctly.

Operations where point-of-sale volume makes manual posting into Tally impractical.
Businesses whose e-commerce order flow needs to reach accounting without re-keying.
The same invoice keyed into two systems, with two chances to get it wrong.
Batches of transactions posted late because nobody had time during the month.
Sales in the POS that do not match sales in the ledger, reconciled manually every period.
Reports built on figures that are days behind what the business has actually done.
We establish exactly what moves, in which direction, and how often.
Field-level mapping between the two systems so records land where they belong.
The connection is developed and tested against your real data patterns before going live.
Integrations are maintained as the connected systems change. Day-to-day Tally issues are covered by Tally support & AMC.
Accounting data that agrees with the systems that generated it.
Hours of re-keying removed from the finance team's week.
Management reporting built on data that reflects today, not last week.
Less time spent explaining why two systems show different figures.
Yes, although it works differently from a typical cloud REST API. TallyPrime can act as a local integration server: other applications send structured XML requests over HTTP to the computer or server where TallyPrime is running, to import masters and vouchers or to pull reports and data back out.
TallyPrime can also share data through ODBC for reading, and TDL (Tally Definition Language) can extend what Tally sends and receives when the standard interface is not enough.
Because TallyPrime has to be running and reachable for these interfaces to respond, a dependable integration also needs a secure connection, validation, duplicate checks and error handling around it. That is the part BlackCat designs and builds, using TDL development where needed. The same groundwork matters when preparing TallyPrime data for UAE e-invoicing.
We connect TallyPrime with websites, CRM, POS, payroll, e-commerce and other business tools.
Integrations are delivered by our in-house development team, which also builds custom TDL modules including a pre-built API Integration module.

Yes. Multi-Branch Sync is one of our pre-built, customizable TDL modules.
